Fixed-scope projects are billed in milestones, typically an advance to start and the rest tied to agreed deliverables such as design approval, development completion and launch.
How will we stay updated during the project?
You'll have a direct point of contact, a shared project board, and regular demos of working software. No black boxes.
What if our requirements change mid-project?
Changes are normal. We estimate each change clearly so you can decide whether to add it now, swap it for something else, or schedule it for a later phase.
Do you sign an NDA?
